CB-C37-1M Long-Cable HubIllustrated overview
A useful fit for

A supported desk setup needing more cable reach and a USB-C data device active alongside charging and ordinary peripherals.

The main tradeoff

HDMI is 4K 30 Hz, and the USB-C data socket does not carry video. A supplied charger and separate delivered-host wattage are not established.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can the documented base-M3 route use HDMI, two USB-A devices and one USB-C data device while charging?

The own source supports those separate roles together, with one 4K 30 Hz HDMI output and 5 Gbps USB data sockets. Actual host video and the appropriate external charging source remain required.

Can SD and microSD remain active together?

Yes. LENTION explicitly supports simultaneous reading and writing of both card formats for this exact model.

Can the downstream USB-C data socket drive another monitor?

No. Its own role description explicitly excludes video signal transfer. The built-in native screen connection is HDMI.

A longer lead with separate USB-C data and charging

The CB-C37-1M is useful when the hub needs to rest farther from the laptop than a short dongle permits. LENTION describes a 3.3 ft host lead and a port mix combining HDMI, two USB-A data sockets, a USB-C data socket, separate charging, SD/microSD and audio. Its value is the complete connection arrangement rather than the eight-in-one label alone.

The deciding display limitation is 4K at 30 Hz. The downstream USB-C data socket does not provide another video output. Choose this model for its longer reach and specific data/audio/card mix, not as a multi-monitor dock.

The two downstream USB-C sockets have different roles

LENTION explicitly distinguishes one charging-only socket from a separate USB-C data socket. The own model description also says the two can work simultaneously. That supports a USB-C peripheral remaining connected while an appropriate external charging source uses the other socket.

The data socket follows USB 3.0 with an advertised rate up to 5 Gbps and expressly excludes video signals. A USB-C monitor therefore needs a different documented route. The fact that its plug fits the data socket does not establish display support.

Plan the desk around the attached lead

The stated 3.3 ft cable can help position the hub near the devices you connect rather than directly beside the laptop. Measure the intended route and allow space for plug bodies and cable bends. A longer lead does not by itself prove that the complete setup fits a particular desk or stand.

The preserved exact-model specification describes the host cable as attached. Treat its reach as part of the selected model, not permission to substitute any desired host cable or extension while assuming all advertised functions remain unchanged.

HDMI has two distinct documented timing levels

The source lists 3840 by 2160 at 30 Hz and separately lists 2560 by 1600 and lower resolutions at 60 Hz. These are different screen modes. The laptop must actually supply the necessary USB-C video capability, and the HDMI cable and display must suit the chosen arrangement.

There is one HDMI output. The other listed connections do not add a second independent screen. If you need 4K 60 Hz or multiple desktops, compare another documented configuration rather than relaxing that requirement to make this hub appear suitable.

USB data and cards share the computer connection

The two USB-A sockets and separate USB-C data socket are advertised up to 5 Gbps. That describes the interfaces rather than measured copying performance. Several busy drives do not each receive an independent full-speed host link.

The manufacturer explicitly supports simultaneous SD and microSD reading and writing, with UHS-I capability listed up to 95 MB/s. That is a genuine concurrency statement, rather than an assumption from two slots. Actual card results still depend on the media, files and other activity on the shared route.

Audio and power need their actual roles checked

The 3.5 mm audio connection is described as supporting microphone input and output. That differs from an output-only headphone connection, although the actual headset or adapter still needs to match the maker’s supported arrangement. A socket shape alone does not establish every possible audio wiring combination.

The charging-only USB-C connection is advertised for up to 60 W pass-through, but the inspected own text does not state a separate guaranteed amount reaching the laptop under shared load. A supplied wall charger is not established. Check the appropriate external power source and host requirements.

Shortlist the CB-C37-1M for longer reach, two USB-A devices, one USB-C data device and documented simultaneous cards on a supported computer. Choose another hub for higher screen timing, USB-C video, Ethernet or a firm minimum laptop-output figure.

LENTION’s exact CB-C37-1M role descriptions and computer list establish the configuration discussed here.

Power and chargingSeparate charging-only USB-C connection advertised for up to 60 W pass-through. The own text does not give one separately confirmed delivered-host figure or establish a supplied charger.
Data and device limitsTwo USB-A sockets and one separate USB-C data socket are advertised up to 5 Gbps. USB-C data and charging can operate together; SD/microSD are explicitly simultaneous UHS-I readers.
