A useful fit for

A computer needing two data sockets of each plug type, with a suitable ordinary USB3.2 Gen2 host path for the advertised 10Gbps capability.

The main tradeoff

Similar family pictures also show four-A and seven-A models. The exact M32A2C-G2 is the two-A/two-C layout; its separate power input is not laptop PD.

Your needs, this model

Does it fit your priorities?

Can it give a USB-C computer two Type-A and two Type-C data ports in the 10Gbps class?

Yes, that is the exact M32A2C-G2 output specification. Real transfers share the upstream link and need a suitable host and cable path.

Explore this need in the finder →
Is a Type-A computer connection part of the documented package?

The maker lists a Type-C-to-Type-C lead plus a Type-A adapter. The supplied arrangement supports the physical Type-A route; its actual host capability still governs data operation.

Does it have four downstream USB-C data sockets?

No. The exact model has two USB-C data outputs and two USB-A outputs. Other family layouts and the separate power input do not add two more Type-C data ports.

Two Type-A and two Type-C data outputs

The ORICO M32A2C-G2 is the mixed-connector member of a USB3.2 Gen2 hub family. Its exact output map is two USB-A data sockets and two USB-C data sockets, advertised at 10Gbps. That is useful when your existing peripherals use both plugs and you want to avoid choosing an all-Type-A hub simply for its port count.

Match the actual model before comparing pictures. ORICO's same product page also illustrates M34A-G2 and M37A-G2 arrangements with four or seven Type-A sockets. Those pictures do not change the mixed two-and-two layout of the M32A2C-G2.

The 10Gbps figure is an ordinary USB mode

The exact specification identifies USB3.2 Gen2 for the four downstream data ports. This is a documented ordinary USB data capability, rather than a Thunderbolt transport headline being repurposed as a USB-drive claim. It is still an interface rating, not a copying result from our own tests.

The outputs share the computer-facing connection. A suitable host port, data cable and any adapter in the path are needed to use the advertised capability, and several active devices must share the available bandwidth. Four rated sockets do not create four independent 10Gbps computer links.

A detachable host lead and a listed Type-A adapter

ORICO lists a half-metre Type-C-to-Type-C cable together with a USB-A adapter. The original cable illustration shows the alternative physical host connection. This lets you compare a documented supplied arrangement rather than relying on an unspecified extra adapter bought separately.

The adapter does not upgrade the computer port itself. Check the actual host's supported data mode when performance matters. The short detachable lead also affects placement: allow room for its bend, the hub's host socket and the peripheral plugs instead of treating half a metre as unrestricted reach.

Keep the extra power socket out of the data count

The exact-model hardware has a separate Type-C power input for the hub. It is not a third downstream Type-C data output, and the original layout does not document laptop Power Delivery. Choose a charging dock if the computer must receive laptop power through the same connection.

The manufacturer's text table gives a 5V2A hub-power figure, while its family comparison diagram gives 5V3A. Check the actual unit's input label and suitable supply rather than treating either as a universal package rating. The source also does not establish an included wall adapter or a guaranteed current budget for each output.

Match the body, system and device requirements

The published black ABS body measures 69 × 60 × 26.5 mm. That is the mixed-port model's column; neighboring family products have different widths. Consider the size of your connected plugs as well as those body measurements, especially if all four outputs will be occupied.

ORICO lists Windows, Mac OS and Linux, with drive-free hub operation in the original description. Peripherals may still require their own software. The general system line is not a verified promise about every current version or Apple chip, and a pictured tablet does not establish every tablet-specific operating condition.

When the mixed layout is the deciding feature

Shortlist the M32A2C-G2 when two Type-A and two Type-C data connections suit your peripherals, and the supplied host path matches your computer. Compare a different family model for more Type-A sockets, or a different dock for video, Ethernet, card readers or laptop charging. Those extra functions do not follow from the four-port or 10Gbps labels.
